Will exercise help my skin? Suggestions and advice?

excercise will help your skin! it will help you sweat out things that can clog your pours and you're drinking water (hopefully) at the same time which also leads to clearer skin. as for tips: wash your face after you exercise if you don't shower right away, letting the sweat linger or dry on your face could clog your pours right back up.
