Stepped on a nil, do i need to go to the doc?

before i start, i havent had that tetnis(?) shot as far as i know of. I dont want to tell me parents beacause they told me to wear shoes and i'll feel like an idiot. So i stepped on a slightly rusted nail, but it barely penetrated my foot. you can barely see the hole unless you look for it and i already cleaned it w/ soap and put neosporin on it. So do i need to see a doctor?
