vos is the plural form of you so it is not correctly used and there is not really a need to use the word "you" because it is understood with the verb, if the right endings are used. Also the words "to be" and "to work" should be in the infinitive. So I think the sentence would more likely be correct if translated, "Debes esse demenem laborare hic, sed nihil est auxilium." You have to be crazy to work here, but it doesn't help.
